You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive item(s) to alert us at Hmoob Arts & Crafts of any issues with your order. All sales are final and exchage eligibilities are to be determined by Hmoob Arts & Craft's discretion. If HA&C is at fault of an error, we are more than happy to offer an exhange or a full refund. To be eligible for an exchange of item(s), all products are to be returned unworn/unwashed and in original condition received.
Once returned items are received, we will notify you via email of the return status. If your return is approved, we will initiate the exchange. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless order error is on behalf of HA&C .
